What is the minimum quantity for custom patches?
The calculator currently uses a minimum order quantity of 10 patches. Larger orders can receive bulk discounts based on the quantity ordered.
Which custom patch type is the most affordable?
Starting prices vary by patch type. Sublimated, leather, embroidered and woven patches can have lower starting rates, while chenille and silicone may have higher starting rates depending on the project requirements.
Do you offer bulk discounts on custom patches?
Yes. Bulk discounts are available at selected quantities. The current calculator applies 15% at 25–49 pieces, 25% at 50–99, 35% at 100–199, 55% at 200–499, 65% at 500–999 and 70% at 1000 or more pieces.
Can I order custom patches in different sizes?
Yes. The calculator supports custom width and height from 1 inch up to 24 inches. Final pricing for unusual dimensions or special shapes may require a custom quote.
