Welcome to Battle Patches. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website and the terms that apply when you request a quote, purchase custom patches, submit artwork, communicate with our team or use our services.

Welcome to Battle Patches. By accessing or using battlepatches.com, requesting a quote, submitting artwork, placing an order, contacting our team or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or submit an order through Battle Patches.
These terms apply together with any written quotation, order confirmation, artwork approval, invoice or other agreement specifically provided to you by Battle Patches.
Our Services
Battle Patches provides custom patch products and related services. Depending on your project, our services may include custom embroidered patches, PVC patches, chenille patches, woven patches, leather patches, silicone patches, printed patches and other custom patch options.
Customers may request custom sizes, shapes, colors, materials, backing options, borders and other production specifications.
- Custom patch manufacturing based on customer artwork.
- Artwork review and digital proof preparation.
- Custom sizing, colors, shapes and finishing options.
- Production and fulfillment of approved orders.
- Shipping of completed orders to the address provided by the customer.
Please note: Custom products are manufactured according to the specifications approved by the customer. Because each project is made to order, the final product may have minor manufacturing variations.
Quotes, Pricing & Estimates
Quotes provided by Battle Patches are based on the information available at the time of the request. Pricing may depend on patch type, dimensions, quantity, number of colors, artwork complexity, backing, finishing options, production requirements and shipping.
A quote is an estimate until it is confirmed by Battle Patches and accepted by the customer. If the project specifications change after a quote is issued, the price may need to be updated.
- Quotes may change when size or quantity changes.
- Additional artwork or production requirements may affect the final price.
- Shipping charges may vary based on destination, package size and shipping method.
- Taxes, duties or other government charges may apply depending on the destination and applicable law.
Artwork, Design & Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for providing artwork, logos, text and design instructions that they have the legal right to use.
Before production, Battle Patches may provide a digital proof or other design confirmation for the customer to review.
Customers should carefully review the proof for spelling, dimensions, colors, artwork placement, design details and other specifications before approving production.
Proof Approval Is Important
Once a customer approves a proof for production, the order may move into manufacturing. Battle Patches is not responsible for customer-approved spelling, artwork or specification errors that were visible in the approved proof.
Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones and other screens can differ from physical thread, fabric, PVC, leather or printed materials. Exact screen-to-product color matching cannot always be guaranteed.
Custom Orders
Most Battle Patches products are custom-made according to individual customer specifications. Custom orders may therefore differ from standard ready-to-ship products.
Customers are responsible for confirming the requested quantity, dimensions, design, materials, backing, colors and other specifications before production begins.
- Custom orders are produced specifically for the customer.
- Production normally begins after required approval and payment conditions are completed.
- Minor differences in stitching, texture, placement or material may occur during manufacturing.
- Handmade and manufactured products may contain reasonable production variations.
Payment & Order Confirmation
Payment requirements will be communicated during the quotation and ordering process. An order may not be considered confirmed until Battle Patches has received the required payment or deposit and confirmed the order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
If payment is declined, reversed, disputed or otherwise not completed, Battle Patches may pause production or cancel the order until the payment issue is resolved.
Payment information may be processed through third-party payment providers. Battle Patches does not intentionally store full payment-card information when that information is handled directly by the payment provider.
Production & Turnaround Times
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on the product type, quantity, artwork complexity, proof approval, material availability and current production workload.
Production time generally begins after the required artwork approval and payment conditions have been completed.
- Artwork revisions may extend the production timeline.
- Changes requested after approval may require additional time or charges.
- Large or complex orders may require additional production time.
- Unexpected manufacturing, carrier or supply issues may occasionally cause delays.
Battle Patches will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when we become aware of them.
Shipping & Delivery
Completed orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for making sure that their shipping information is accurate and complete.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Carrier delays may occur after an order leaves our facility.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional shipping costs or delays.
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges.
Battle Patches is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier interruptions, customs processing, weather events or other unforeseen events.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because custom patches are made specifically for each customer, cancellation and modification options may depend on the stage of production.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Battle Patches as soon as possible. We will review the request based on whether artwork preparation, production or other work has already started.
- Requests made before production may be easier to accommodate.
- Orders already in production may not be cancellable.
- Completed custom products generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind.
- Approved changes may result in additional costs or revised production times.
Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
Because custom patches are manufactured according to individual customer specifications, custom orders are generally not eligible for return due solely to a change of mind, incorrect customer measurements or other customer-requested specifications that were approved before production.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the approved specifications, please contact us promptly after receiving the order.
- Provide your order information and a description of the issue.
- Photographs may be requested to help us investigate the problem.
- We may offer a correction, replacement, remake, credit or refund when appropriate.
- Resolution depends on the specific circumstances and the nature of the issue.
Important: Minor differences in color, stitching, texture, thread placement or physical appearance that are inherent to the manufacturing process may not necessarily constitute a defect.
Intellectual Property & Customer Artwork
Customers retain ownership of artwork, logos and other intellectual property that they lawfully own or have permission to use.
By submitting artwork to Battle Patches, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, licenses or permissions to have that artwork reproduced.
You agree not to submit artwork that infringes another person's or company's copyright, trademark, patent, publicity right or other legal right.
Customer Responsibility
Battle Patches is not responsible for determining whether customer-supplied artwork is legally authorized for reproduction. The customer is responsible for obtaining appropriate permission before submitting protected artwork.
Website Use
You agree to use the Battle Patches website for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems or accounts.
- Do not upload malicious code, malware or harmful files.
- Do not use automated methods to abuse, overload or disrupt the website.
- Do not submit false, fraudulent or misleading information.
- Do not use the website for unlawful activity.
